Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated shipping address for our warehouse.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all cables and accessories, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned unit for functionality and condition, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
